We’re locally-focussed, servicing Solihull & Birmingham and can quote for collections throughout the West Midlands ensuring:

-For permeable items that can potentially get wet (carpets / mattresses etc): need to be plastic wrapped.
-For non permeable items (fridges / leather sofas etc) no need to plastic wrap.
-Our Premium Service (added during booking) requires no need to plastic wrap.
-For all the above scenarios there’s no need to be home: after collecting we’ll send a completion message as well as a waste transfer note by email.

We have a list of many bulky items such as sofas, beds & wardrobes etc. These can’t be booked in as part of the Rubbish Removal service which aims to facilitate more general rubbish.
Yes, for certain items we offer a Dismantling Service that can be added during booking.
Wasteroo is an expansion of Pick My Old Bed (our original company) that’s borne out of bed & mattress recycling. We have a recycling & up cycling rate of 95% which we are actively trying to exceed to reach higher ambitious targets.
For such circumstances please dismantle your items to ensure safe removal or opt for our dismantling service.
Please note: we can’t navigate removal through windows etc.
Do you collect from apartments?
Yes, we offer a ground floor collection (free) or an upstairs collection for an extra cost which can be added during booking.
