For all indoor collections overshoes are always worn for courtesy and respect of your home.
If your sofa was assembled when you first had it delivered (assembled sofas are usually purchased to allow easy navigation through narrow doorways etc) please ensure it’s unassembled ready for collection (we do offer a sofa disassemble service)
If you’re choosing to leave items outside, I never let anyone down and will collect on schedule.
Kerbside Collection- best value, I collect these items myself and require items to be no more than 2 metres from the roadside
Ground Floor Indoors & Apartment Blocks with a working lift- two person collection team
Upstairs of House – two person collection team
For maisonettes or apartments with no lift working please get a bespoke quote.
