For all indoor collections overshoes are always worn for courtesy and respect of your home.
Ground Floor Indoors & Apartment Blocks with a working lift- no charge, best value, I collect these single handed myself
Upstairs of House – please WhatsApp me an image of your bed / mattress as on most occasions I can single handily collect these myself or may ask a hand from you so no extra charge for a two person service
Outside- fully plastic wrapped, if you wrap these yourself and items are 100% dry, no additional charge
Outside- unwrapped, these potentially wet items are a different waste stream and are charged extra
For maisonettes or apartments with no lift working please get a bespoke quote.
For all frame beds, please ensure your bed is dismantled & ready for collection (we do offer a bed disassemble service)
All divan beds that are connected together with clips or other method must be separated in two halves ready for collection
All headboards attached to divan beds must be booked in separately as individual headboards and separated from the divan for collection
